Gateway- Our response to Covid

We here at Gateway understand many of the concerns that are within our community and the world as a whole. In order to help our community arise from this pandemic stronger than ever we are going to be providing a series of new services in addition to our one on one counseling and psychiatric appointments.
We are open and taking new clients. Our current sessions are 100% online from the pleasure of your own home, using your cell phone, computer, or tablet.
Gateway has taken all of the required and recommended action steps to provide a safe and comfortable transition for our staff and clients.
All of our clinicians are working remotely from a private location.
Our online sessions Use a HIPAA compliant platform with easy to use installation from your personal device.
We have limited the office hours to Monday- Wednesday for in office staff to complete documentation, answer any clients calls and continue insurance processing.
Office staff are working from a private location Thursday- Friday to continue costumer service.
The office is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every weekend and at the end of each work day.
All personnel are required to wear CDC approved face masks.
